Conditions for return/exchange of goods:

1. The customer has the right to return/exchange the goods within 30 days of receiving them and get all the money back (except for the amount paid for delivery, if the purchase value was less than 50 EUR).
   In order to exercise the right to return the product, the customer must fill out a return/exchange form.
2. When returning/changing the product, the packaging must be intact (the products are returned in the original packaging). Returns/exchanges with original tags.
3. Goods are returned/exchanged at the following address:

• By courier to the address: Mažeikiai district, Šerkšnėnai sen., Skuodiškiu village, Žalgirio st. 5, LT-89365, Lithuania.
• Omniva postal machine: Mažeikiai RIMI postal machine. Žemaitija st. 38, Mazeikiai.
• LP Express postal machine: Mažeikiai RIMI postal machine. Žemaitija st. 38, Mazeikiai.

1. Money is returned to the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days after UAB "Eko.logiškas" receives the product.
2. Return/exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer.
